• 您选择导入的视频/文件：当您通过系统选择器导入视频素材时，本应用会读取您选中的文件用于本地处理。
• 导出到相册：当您选择将处理后的结果保存到系统相册时，本应用会调用系统相册接口写入导出文件。
• 本地设置与状态：为提供导出参数、预览设置等功能，本应用会在设备本地保存少量设置（例如导出清晰度、是否保留声音等）。

4. 设备环境检测

为保护您的购买权益并防止未经授权的使用，本应用可能会检测设备运行环境。 若检测到环境异常，部分功能可能受到限制。此检测不会收集或上传任何设备信息。

5. 权限使用说明

• 相册写入权限：用于将导出的视频保存到相册。
• 文件选择权限：通过系统文件/照片选择器导入您主动选择的素材。

6. 第三方 SDK/服务

本应用不集成用于数据采集、广告投放或云端 AI 推理的第三方 SDK，也不会与第三方共享您的数据。

7. 数据存储与安全

• 视频处理文件与缓存通常保存在您的设备本地（例如缓存目录）。
• 若您选择导出到系统相册，导出结果将保存到您的设备相册中。
• 您通常可以通过卸载本应用清除其在设备本地存储的数据；但在少数情况下，部分数据可能在卸载后仍保留或延迟清理，具体取决于 iOS/iPadOS 的系统策略。

8. 未成年人保护

DulaTrackPro AI X Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS/iPadOS application "DulaTrackPro AI X" (also referred to as "DulaTrackProAIX", hereinafter "the App"). We take your privacy and data security very seriously. The core functionality of this App is local video tracking and stabilization — the vast majority of processing is performed entirely on your device. All AI algorithms run locally on your device. The App does not use any third-party AI services and does not upload videos, images, audio, or processing data to any server.

1. Information We Collect / Process

To provide the App's functionality and ensure stable operation, we may process information in the following scenarios:

• Videos/files you choose to import: When you import video clips via the system picker, the App reads your selected files for local processing.
• Export to Photo Library: When you choose to save processed results to your Photo Library, the App uses the system Photos API to write the exported file.
• Local settings and state: To provide export parameters, preview settings, and other features, the App stores a small amount of configuration locally on your device (e.g., export resolution, audio preferences).
• Trial / license status (if applicable): To manage trial periods or license verification and prevent abuse, the App may store license-related state information locally on your device. This information is used solely for feature-availability checks.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• The App does not require you to create an account.
• The App does not proactively collect contacts, messages, location, or any information unrelated to its core functionality.
• The App does not upload your video content to any server for processing.
• The App does not use your data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

3. Network Access

The App's primary functionality works entirely offline. The current version does not upload your video content to any server, nor does it communicate with any third-party AI services. If you tap links such as "Privacy Policy" or "Website" within the App, the system may open the corresponding webpage in a browser. If you use subscription or in-app purchase features, all purchase, restoration, and entitlement verification is handled by Apple's StoreKit service. No data is sent to our servers.

4. Device Environment Check

To protect your purchase rights and prevent unauthorized use, the App may check the device's runtime environment. If an abnormal environment is detected, certain features may be restricted. This check does not collect or upload any device information.

5. Permissions

• Photo Library write permission: Used to save exported videos to your Photo Library.
• File/photo picker: Used to import clips you explicitly select via the system file or photo picker.

6. Third-Party SDKs / Services

The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs for data collection, advertising, or cloud-based AI inference, and does not share your data with third parties.

7. Data Storage and Security

• Video processing files and caches are typically stored locally on your device (e.g., in the cache directory).
• If you choose to export to your Photo Library, the exported files are saved to your device's Photos.
• You can generally remove all data stored by the App by uninstalling it. In rare cases, certain data may persist or be cleaned up on a delayed basis after uninstallation, depending on iOS/iPadOS system policies.

8. Children's Privacy

This App is a general-purpose utility suitable for users of all ages. It does not proactively collect personal information, does not require account registration, and contains no social features or user-generated content. Minors are advised to obtain parental or guardian consent before making any in-app purchases.

9. Your Rights

Since the App does not collect or store your personal information, all processing data consists of temporary files that are automatically cleaned up after use.
